Sunday Facebook Challenge

The roast is in the oven and I had time to do this weeks challenge but Tracy Bish.

My version…

Thanks again Tracy, my Xmas stash is growing!

Just Add Ink #520

 Happy Sunday!

This weeks challenge was:

Naturally with Father’s Day coming up, a simple DAD card was quick to mind.

I used Kaisercraft diecut and paper for this one.

Navy and kraft is always a winner for masculine cards! I even added to the inside of the card for this challenge, the seaside theme is perfect!

Enjoy what’s left of the weekend.

Global design project #255

This weeks challenge is trees and leaves.

I used a newly purchased leaf die by couture designs.

This one took a few attempts to get the right placement of embellishments but I think turned out pretty enough… gotta love a touch of bling 💕

This week challenge over at TGIFC was 3D😁

I created an easel Xmas card using some Kaisercraft papers and diecut.

Enjoy the week to come.

TGIFC #278

 This was an inspiration challenge.

#tgifc278

I took the floral element and added some Kaisercraft blooms. I’m not sure which paper pad these came from, so many are ripped out and in a pile these days. Instead of a ‘jar’ I’ve used a die cut and added my stamped sentiment. Simple and quick.

Thanks for dropping by.

TGIF #227

This month sketch over at TGIF challenges was a pretty simple one, I created two cards using some old supplies. One is for Christmas and of course one is always a spare handy to have on hand in case of a birthday or thank you.

I used Kaser craft mistletoe paper pad for this one, which comes with cute little die cuts making it easy for a sentiment for my card. Gotta love glittered washi tape for a touch of sparkle.

This one is mainly old Stampinup! colours using the retired Bodacious Bouquet stamp set. Yes very old! I also used a small piece of a mini deck called earth love from Cosmo cricket.
Still getting into my groove, especially with this blogging thing. Had tried to upload three times now and I am getting a headache from learning new things.
Thanks for dropping by.

Welcome and hello

This feels like a blast from the past but in an attempt to breathe life back into my creativity, I have started a new blog. So welcome to the spot where I will share my creative efforts. Please be kind, it’s been a long time, at least 8 years since I’ve been online and sharing what I do.

I am back into dabbling in card making and now sew on the odd occasion too. Our family looks different too... 3 kids are still around and almost all grown. We’ve added a puppy to the clan, Neo, a beaglier who is a year and a half old. The other addition is a now near 3 year old grandson who is blonde and cheeky - adorable!
